Congresswoman Corrine Brown has served this community in the United States Congress for 20 years. She is a dynamic leader who has stood up and fought for the people. She is a champion on voting rights and civil rights issues and has been a major driving force in bringing federal dollars back to Florida.
Corrine's colleagues in Congress recognize her solid leadership and honored her with the 2012 Phoenix Award which is presented to an individual who has contributed immeasurably to African-American political awareness, empowerment and the advancement of minorities in the electoral process.
It’s now time for us
to stand up and fight for Congresswoman Brown and send her back to Washington
to continue being the ‘Voice of the People’. Roll to the polls TODAY
